We each have a part to play.

There is change on the horizon.

Change beckoning to us. Whispering. Longing.

Bubbling up beneath the surface.

The pull of the undercurrent is in the waves.

The wind is shifting.

I feel a pull to be part of that change.

A pull to make a bigger impact.

A pull to step fully into my power.

Part of the pull I feel is to hold space…

To widen my capacity.

To open my eyes.

To dig beneath of the surface.

To hold polarity and duality and question.

To be curious.

To find truth in the space.

In the divide.

In the distinction

The tip of the iceburg has arrived.

I feel called to widen my abilities.

To master myself and my mind….

The more I heal, read and learn

The more I realize how little I know

And the more I realize the urgency

The urgency to become the best version of myself.

The urgency to prioritize my mental, physical and spiritual health

The urgency to step into my power.

The urgency to be

The urgency to share.

The urgency to encourage.

The urgency to critically think.

The urgency to hold space.

The urgency to stand up for what I believe and question.

The urgency to embrace the polarity and hold space for the duality, the dichotomy.

The urgency to oscillate

The urgency to find truth in the space.

The urgency to have a conversation.

The urgency where we seek to understand instead of being heard.

The urgency for each of us reclaim our power.

Reclaim our understanding.

Reclaim our empathy.

Reclaim our identity.

Reclaim our ecosystem.

Reclaim our authenticity.

Reclaim our beliefs.

And ultimately reclaim our freedom.

I know my work has just begun.

I know this journey will require courage, resilience and vulnerability.

I know the impact I am here to make.

The correlation to hold space and create capacity

My power to step into…
